Data Deletion Instructions

How to Delete Your Data

Growcita respects your right to control your personal data. If you would like to delete your data from our platform, you have the following options:

1. Delete Your Account

You can delete your entire account and all associated data directly from the Growcita platform:

  1. Log in to your Growcita account
  2. Navigate to Settings
  3. Click Delete Account at the bottom of the page
  4. Confirm the deletion when prompted

This will permanently delete your account, all projects, agent conversations, generated assets, and any connected integration data stored on our servers.

2. Delete Specific Data

If you would like to delete specific data without removing your entire account:

  • Projects & Conversations: Delete individual projects from the dashboard, which removes all associated agent conversations, leads, sequences, and generated content.
  • Connected Integrations: Disconnect any integration from the Integrations page. This removes the stored OAuth tokens and any cached data from that platform.
  • Generated Assets: Delete individual images and videos from the Creative assets tab.

3. Request Data Deletion via Email

If you are unable to delete your data through the platform, or if you want to ensure all data has been removed, you can contact us directly:

Email: privacy@growcita.com

Please include the following in your request:

  • The email address associated with your account
  • A description of the data you would like deleted (or specify “all data”)

We will process your request within 30 days and confirm once your data has been deleted.

4. Data from Facebook / Meta

If you connected your Facebook or Instagram account to Growcita, we may have stored data received from Meta platforms. To delete this data:

  • Disconnect the integration from the Integrations page in your Growcita dashboard
  • Remove Growcitafrom your Facebook account: Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites → find Growcita → Remove
  • Contact us at privacy@growcita.com to confirm deletion of any Meta-sourced data

Upon disconnection or deletion request, we will delete all data received from Meta platforms within 30 days, including page insights, ad performance data, and audience information.

What Happens After Deletion

  • Deleted data is permanently removed from our active systems within 30 days
  • Backups containing deleted data are purged within 90 days
  • We may retain anonymized, aggregated data that cannot be linked back to you for analytics purposes
  • Data required for legal compliance (e.g., billing records) may be retained as required by law
