2.3 Content You Provide

When you use our AI marketing agents, you may provide business information, marketing materials, brand assets, analytics data, and other content. This content is processed by our agents to deliver the Service.

2.4 Payment Information

Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your full credit card number, CVV, or other sensitive payment details on our servers. Stripe may collect and process payment information in accordance with their privacy policy.

• Process your AI agent requests and deliver marketing insights
• Manage your account and process payments
• Send transactional communications (e.g., billing receipts, service updates)

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services that may process your data:

• Clerk — Authentication and user management. Processes your sign-in credentials and profile data.
• Stripe — Payment processing. Handles billing, subscriptions, and payment methods.
• Anthropic (Claude API) — AI model provider. Your agent queries are sent to Anthropic for processing. Anthropic processes this data according to their API usage policy and does not use API inputs for model training.
• Composio — Integration platform. When you connect external tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media accounts), Composio facilitates these connections and may process data from connected platforms.
• Vercel — Hosting and infrastructure. May collect server logs and performance data.

Each third-party service has its own privacy policy governing how it handles your data. We encourage you to review their policies.

5. Cookies and Tracking

We use essential cookies required for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. Our authentication provider (Clerk) may set additional cookies necessary for secure sign-in functionality.

We retain your account information and conversation history for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., billing records).
